Danna Cooperberg LPC

individual and couples psychotherapy in Denver, CO

Welcome,

We often find ourselves looking to start therapy when we can no longer ignore our difficulties. It is not easy to look for help. It can be harder still to begin the process of healing, which takes effort and vulnerability. I’m glad you’re here and I would be happy to walk with you toward healing and growth.

My hope in my work as a psychodynamic therapist is to create an environment in which my patients can locate their most authentic selves. I help my patients explore at the ways their present experience is informed by the past. Together we will notice patterns, understand their development, and experiment in new ways of walking through the world. We will pay particular attention to how our histories, relationships, and unconscious wishes and fears shape our life. I work with adult clients navigating life’s complexities, they may manifest as depression, anxiety, disordered eating, relationship difficulties, but also as other challenges that may be harder to describe. My goal is that through this work and the collaborative development of the tools you need, you can find yourself in a space of increased peace, capacity, and potential.

If you would like to learn more about working together, I am happy to offer a free 15 minute phone consultation.
